
The Latin American Business Association (LABA-Link) was established in Mississippi in 2011 to serve as the leading regional catalyst in promoting Latin American entrepreneurship.
LABA-Link wanted to provide the general public with innovative programs, educational outreach, and marketing assistance to organization members, affiliates, and partners.
Our Objectives
The Association’s Objectives aim to accomplish the following:
To increase the visibility of the growing Hispanic market to the local community,
To promote the products and services offered by Latin American Business Association members to the local community,
To encourage cultural exchanges between the Latin American and the local community through the development of cultural interactions, festivals, and networking, and trade events, and to
To provide a platform that creates commercial opportunities for members that leads to economic empowerment and long-term business relationships with partners and multipliers.
Keys to Success
The Association’s Keys to Success include:
Establishing a solid brand identity not only with the Hispanic community but also with the local business community,
Recruiting dedicated companies, organizations, and professionals to become members of the Association, and
Securing a professional leadership team to oversee the Association and ultimately appoint a Board of Directors and employ an Executive Director.
